Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 6 item
- vanilla
- flour
- oil
- baking soda - 3 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- raisins - 3/4 c
- walnuts - 3/4 c
- crushed pineapple, drained - 18 oz
- jars Gerber junior carrots - 3 item
How to make carrot cake:
Mix together the sugar, oil, eggs and carrots. To this, add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; blend well. Add the crushed pineapple, walnuts, raisins and vanilla. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan or 10 x 15-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
