  • sugar - 3 c
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 6 item
  • vanilla
  • flour
  • oil
  • baking soda - 3 tsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • raisins - 3/4 c
  • walnuts - 3/4 c
  • crushed pineapple, drained - 18 oz
  • jars Gerber junior carrots - 3 item

How to make carrot cake:

Mix together the sugar, oil, eggs and carrots. To this, add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; blend well. Add the crushed pineapple, walnuts, raisins and vanilla. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan or 10 x 15-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
