Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- can apple pie filling - 1 item
How to make apple pudding:
Topping:1/4 c. sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon Melt butter in 2-quart casserole. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together. Stir in milk. Pour into casserole with melted butter. Add pie filling (can use others, cherry, etc.). Arrange on pudding by spoonfuls.Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over top. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
