Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• stick margarine - 1 item
• soda - 1 tsp
• large eggs - 4 item
• cooking oil
• plain flour - 3 c
• brown sugar, packed
• canned milk - 3 Tbsp
• can coconut - 1/2 item
• pecans, chopped - 1 c
• large apples, chopped - 3 item
• small bottle chopped cherries - 1 item

How to make apple pound cake:

Sauce:1/2 c. brown sugar, packed1 stick margarine3 Tbsp. canned milk Combine all cake ingredients; beat 3 minutes. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350° in tube pan.

Sauce: Cook sauce ingredients 5 minutes. Pour over cake while hot.
