  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • tapioca - 2/3 c
  • apples - 6 qt

How to make canned apple pie filling:

Put apples in a large pot; set aside. Bring to a boil all the other ingredients, then pour over apples. Cook for 30 minutes, then place in jars and seal.
