- sugar - 5 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 1 c
- water - 10 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- tapioca - 2/3 c
- apples - 6 qt
How to make canned apple pie filling:
Put apples in a large pot; set aside. Bring to a boil all the other ingredients, then pour over apples. Cook for 30 minutes, then place in jars and seal.Recipe categories: Low protein, Fruit, Apple.
