Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- plain flour - 3 c
- pecans - 1 c
- white sugar - 2 c
- Mazola oil
- chopped Winesap apples - 2 c
How to make apple nut cake:
Sift the first 5 ingredients together well until well mixed. Stir the oil, eggs and vanilla until mixed, then pour into dry ingredients; mix well. Add the apples and pecans and mix. Pour into oblong pan, approximately 9 x 16-inches, greased and floured, and bake 45 to 55 minutes in a 350° oven.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
