Apple nut cake

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• soda - 1 tsp
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• plain flour - 3 c
• pecans - 1 c
• white sugar - 2 c
• Mazola oil
• chopped Winesap apples - 2 c

How to make apple nut cake:

Sift the first 5 ingredients together well until well mixed. Stir the oil, eggs and vanilla until mixed, then pour into dry ingredients; mix well. Add the apples and pecans and mix. Pour into oblong pan, approximately 9 x 16-inches, greased and floured, and bake 45 to 55 minutes in a 350° oven.
