Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped pecans - 2 c
• milk - 1/4 c
• stick butter - 1 item
• self-rising flour - 3 c
• Wesson oil
• diced apples - 3 c
• Glaze:1 c

How to make apple nut cake:

Mix all together; put in greased tube pan at 300° for 2 hours.Glaze:1 c. brown sugar1/4 c. milk1 stick butter Cook glaze ingredients in a pot for 5 minutes. Pour over cake while hot.
