- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- cooking oil - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- cinnamon powder - 2 tsp
- soda - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pumpkin pie filling - 2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- cream cheese
- stick butter - 1 item
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
How to make pumpkin cake:
Icing:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1 stick butter1 box confectioners sugar1 c. chopped pecans1 tsp. vanilla Mix sugar with eggs; beat well and add cooking oil. Continue beating and add flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Continue beating; add pumpkin pie filling and vanilla. Put in a greased and floured pan and bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Icing: Combine ingredients, spread on cake; garnish.
