- 2 cans sliced pie apples, drained - 5 7
- 9-inch unbaked pastry shell - 1 item
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- enriched flour - 3/4 c
- butter or margarine - 1/3 c
How to make apple crumb pie:
Pare apples and cut in eighths. Arrange in unbaked shell. Combine 1/2 cup sugar with the cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples. Combine 1/2 cup sugar with the flour; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
