Apple crisp
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- 2 can sliced apples or 2 1/2 c
How to make apple crisp:
Preheat oven to 425°. Arrange apples in bottom of 9-inch layer cake pan. Sprinkle with the lemon juice. Combine sugar, crumbs, salt, spices and butter in mixer. Beat about 1/2 minute on number 1 speed. Stop and scrape bowl. Beat on high speed about 1/2 minute longer. Sprinkle over apples. Bake about 20 minutes.
