Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
- plus 1 Tbsp - 3/4 c
- chopped peeled apples - 3 c
- uncooked quick oats - 3/4 c
How to make apple crisp:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 9-inch baking pan. Combine sugar and 1 tablespoon flour in small bowl. Place apples in separate bowl; sprinkle with sugar mixture. Toss lightly to mix. Place in prepared pan. Combine oats, remaining 3/4 cup flour, brown sugar and butter in small bowl; toss lightly to mix. Sprinkle over apples. Press mixture lightly into apples.
