  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • plain flour - 3 c
  • Mazola oil
  • diced, fresh apples - 3 c

How to make apple cake:

Put oil and sugar in bowl; mix together. Add one egg at a time. In another bowl, mix flour, salt and soda and add to oil mixture. Add pecans, apples and coconut. Add vanilla last. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
