Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- raisins - 1 c
- salad oil
- diced apples - 3 c
How to make apple cake:
Mix together dry ingredients and form well in middle of mixture. Combine eggs, oil and vanilla and pour into dry ingredients. Stir until all dry ingredients are moistened. Add apples, raisins and nuts. Mix well. Bake at 325° in a Bundt pan for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Stick knife in center of cake to check for doneness.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
