Apple and nut cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 3 c
• eggs, beaten - 3 item
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• cooking oil
• peeled, finely sliced apples - 3 c

How to make apple and nut cake:

Combine dry ingredients in bowl; add apples, eggs, oil, vanilla and nuts. Blend together until moistened. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350° for 55 minutes.
