Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated onion - 1/2 Tbsp
- green onion, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- jar dried beef, finely snipped - 1 item
- or more chives - 1/2 Tbsp
How to make appetizer pie:
Blend cream cheese and milk. Stir in beef, onion, chives, green pepper, pepper and sour cream. Put in an 8-inch pie plate. Sprinkle 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans on top. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°. Serve hot with crackers or chips. Can be frozen, uncooked. Double ingredients for 9 to 10-inch pie plate.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Beef, Spreads.
