Ingredients/Components

  • bottle ketchup - 1 oz
  • cans tuna - 2 item
  • can pitted black olives, drained - 1 item
  • bottle chili sauce - 1 oz
  • 2 can green beans, drained
  • carrots, sliced and cooked - 1 c
  • small jar green olives, drained - 1 item
  • can flat anchovies - 1 item
  • small jar cocktail onions, drained - 1 item
  • medium can mushrooms, cut up and drained - 1 item
  • jar sweet pickled cauliflower, drained and cut into small pieces - 1 item
  • small jar tiny sweet pickles, drained and cut - 1 item

How to make antipasto:

Mix together; add a little oil. Refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving. Keep refrigerated. Makes 8 one-half pints.
