  • can tuna in chunks - 1 item
  • can hot sardines - 1 item
  • can anchovies - 1 item
  • can mushrooms - 1 item
  • salad shrimp - 1 lb
  • jar stuffed olives - 1 item
  • olive oil - 1/4 c
  • medium cauliflower, cut in small pieces - 1 item
  • jar cocktail onions - 1 item
  • red peppers, cut in 1-inch small squares - 2 item
  • Spanish onion, cooked in a closed jar - 1 item
  • bag mixed vegetables - 1 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • jalapeno peppers, cut in small slices optional - 1 item
  • ketchup - 1 item
  • salt - 1 item
  • a little bit of pepper - 1 item

How to make antipasto:

Mix the first 12 ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients to taste. Store in refrigerator until time to serve. Chill at least 1 hour.
