Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- buttermilk - 2 c
- self-rising flour - 5 c
- oil or butter - 1 c
- yeast in 1/4 c - 2 pkg
How to make angel biscuits:
Mix flour, oil and sugar, then add buttermilk and yeast. Stir good. Put it in a bowl and set in refrigerator and it will rise. You can use as much as you want until used up. Work up as you do any biscuits and bake at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Rolls/biscuits, Yeast breads.
