Indian fry bread
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- water - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
How to make indian fry bread:
Mix well. Roll dough out to about 1/4-inch thickness. Cut in 1-inch squares. Fry carefully in hot oil or until they float. This just takes a few minutes. Drain well. Roll in sugar or cinnamon/sugar mixture while warm. Enjoy!Recipe categories: Breads, American, Native american.
