  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla
  • milk - 2 c
  • shredded coconut
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • Bisquick - 1/2 c

How to make amazing coconut pie:

Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, margarine and vanilla in blender. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Let stand 5 minutes, then sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cooled.
