Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- almond extract - 1 tsp
- sifted powdered sugar
- 8 oz
- egg white - 1 item
How to make almond paste:
In food processor, grind almonds very fine, enough to make 1 3/4 cups (may need to grind 1/2 at a time). Put 1 3/4 cups almonds back in processor, add rest of ingredients. Blend to a paste. Store in tightly sealed jar or plastic bag. Yields 1 1/3 cups paste.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Condiments, etc..
