Adobo chicken



  • water
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 1/8 1/4
  • onion, diced - 1 item
  • low sodium soy sauce - 2/3 3/4
  • garlic clove, minced - 1 item
  • half chicken breasts, skinned and boned - 9 item
  • can or 2 large fresh tomatoes - 1 oz

How to make adobo chicken:

Brown chicken in oil with minced garlic and diced onion. Add vinegar, soy sauce, tomatoes and water. Simmer 45 to 60 minutes or until done. Serve over or with rice.
