Mexican chicken



  • chicken broth - 1 c
  • onion, diced - 1 item
  • shredded cheese - 2 c
  • can Ro-Tel - 1 item
  • cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
  • whole chicken or 4 to 6 boneless, skinless breasts - 1 item
  • hot pepper to your taste - 1 item
  • bag round corn tortilla chips - 1 item

How to make mexican chicken:

Dip chips into broth. Line cake pan bottom and sides with chips. Mix all other ingredients together. Pour into cake pan. Put chips on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
