Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- Wesson oil - 3/4 c
- bottle 7-Up - 10 oz
- can flaked coconut - 1 item
- 1/4 sticks butter - 1 item
- box lemon supreme cake mix - 1 item
- small box vanilla pudding - 1 item
- Filling:2 cans crushed pineapple drained
How to make 7-up cake:
Filling:2 cans crushed pineapple drained3 eggs1 1/4 sticks butter3 Tbsp. flour1 can flaked coconut1 1/2 c. sugar Sift cake mix and vanilla pudding together. Mix with oil and eggs. Add 7-Up; beat 3 minutes. Pour into three 9-inch greased and floured pans. Bake 30 minutes at 325°.Filling: Mix all ingredients, except coconut, in saucepan. Cook until thick. Stir in coconut. Let cool before putting cake together.
