Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- whole eggs - 2 item
- Wesson oil - 3/4 c
- bottle 7-Up - 1 oz
- can Angel Flake coconut - 1 item
- box lemon supreme cake mix - 1 item
- Icing:1 small can crushed pineapple
How to make 7-up cake:
Icing:1 small can crushed pineapple1 stick margarine2 whole eggs1 1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour1 can Angel Flake coconut Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and 7-Up together. Place in 3 (9-inch) cake pans. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.Icing: Mix pineapple, margarine, eggs, sugar and flour together and cook until thick. Then add coconut. Spread between layers and on top and sides.
