7-up cake

Ingredients/Components

• box lemon or pineapple cake mix - 1 item
• box lemon or pineapple instant pudding mix - 1 item
• eggs - 4 item
• Wesson oil - 3/4 c
• bottle 7-Up - 1 oz
• Mix all ingredients and pour into pans
• stick margarine - 1 item
• sugar
• eggs, beaten well - 2 item
• flour - 2 Tbsp

How to make 7-up cake:

Grease and flour 3 cake pans. Mix all ingredients and pour into pans. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.Frosting:1 large can crushed pineapple1 stick margarine1 1/2 c. sugar2 eggs, beaten well2 Tbsp. flour In top of double boiler, mix all ingredients. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add 1 cup coconut and spread on cake.
