Ingredients/Components

  • Sugar - 1/2 c
  • Vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs - 2 item
  • Cream Cheese softened - 2 pkgs
  • Graham Cracker Pie Shell - 1 item

How to make 3 step cheesecake:

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add 2 eggs mix until blended. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until center is almost set.

Cool and refrigerate 3 hours.
