Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 4 Tbsp
- whipping cream - 1/2 pt
- large can fruit cocktail, drained - 1 item
- marshmallows, quartered - 16 item
- to 3 bananas, diced - 2 item
How to make 24 hour fruit salad:
Combine eggs, vinegar and sugar in top of a double boiler. Cook until thick and creamy. Add butter and mix well. While mixture is still hot, pour over marshmallows, fruit cocktail and bananas. Fold in whipping cream. Let stand in the refrigerator for 24 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Salads.
