  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • nuts - 3/4 c
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • maple flavoring - 1 tsp
  • grated zucchini raw, peeled - 2 c

How to make zucchini squares:

Combine ingredients; fold zucchini in last. Spread on greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Drizzle with powdered sugar frosting (if desired).
