Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese - 4 oz
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 1 c
- almond extract - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar
- oatmeal - 3/4 c
- walnuts - 1 c
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
- Fold in nuts
How to make zucchini squares:
In large bowl, combine sugar, oil, oatmeal, baking soda, salt, baking powder, flour, eggs, zucchini and vanilla. Fold in nuts. Spoon onto a well-greased jelly roll pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350° or until brown. Let cool.Icing:1/2 c. butter4 oz. cream cheese1/4 tsp. almond extract3 tsp. vanilla2 1/2 c. powdered sugar Cream butter and cream cheese. Beat in almond extract and add vanilla and powdered sugar until smooth. Frost and refrigerate.Recipe categories: Egg, Squash, Appetizers.
