Zucchini marmalade
Ingredients/Components
- zucchini - 6 c
- sugar - 6 c
- real lemon juice - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- small boxes apricot jello - 3 item
How to make zucchini marmalade:
Peel and grate zucchini. Mix all ingredients, except jello, together; boil for 15 minutes. Add jello; stir well. Pour into jars and seal. Makes 5 pints.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
