Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 4 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- brown sugar
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- shortening - 1/2 c
- nuts optional - 1 c
- butter, melted - 4 Tbsp
How to make streusel coffee cake:
Topping:1 c. brown sugar4 tsp. cinnamon1 c. nuts (optional)4 tsp. flour4 Tbsp. butter, melted Mix sugar, shortening and eggs together. Stir in milk. Blend in dry ingredients. Spread half the batter in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle half the topping over batter. Add remaining batter, then remaining topping.
