  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cooking oil
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • nuts optional - 1 c
  • small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • Add dry ingredients and mix well

How to make zucchini cake:

Mix oil, sugar and eggs together. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add zucchini, nuts, pineapple and vanilla. Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.Frosting:3 oz. pkg. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar (1 lb.)
