Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Filling:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 egg1/3 c. sugar pinch of salt1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips Filling: Beat all of the ingredients except chocolate chips until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips, then set aside.Cupcake Batter: Combine dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients; beat until well combined.
Fill cupcake cups 1/3 way full with cake batter. Drop 1 heaping teaspoon of cheese mixture on top. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
