Zucchini brownies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 2
• oil
• soda - 2 tsp
• cocoa - 4 Tbsp
• chopped nuts optional - 1 c
• grated zucchini - 3 c

How to make zucchini brownies:

Beat eggs, oil and sugar together. Add remaining ingredients. Spread in 12 x 17 x 1-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
