  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • soda
  • sugar
  • eggs - 2 item
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • zucchini, grated - 2 c
  • Add rest of ingredients; mix well
  • milk - 6 Tbsp
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item

How to make zucchini brownies:

Mix dry ingredients. Add rest of ingredients; mix well. Bake in a jelly roll pan for 15 minutes at 350°. Frost.Frosting:1 stick oleo1/4 c. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Bring the oleo, cocoa and milk to a boil. Add the powdered sugar; stir in with the vanilla.
