Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- soda
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- zucchini, grated - 2 c
- Add rest of ingredients; mix well
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
How to make zucchini brownies:
Mix dry ingredients. Add rest of ingredients; mix well. Bake in a jelly roll pan for 15 minutes at 350°. Frost.Frosting:1 stick oleo1/4 c. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Bring the oleo, cocoa and milk to a boil.
