  • vanilla - 2 Tbsp
  • milk - 6 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 1/3 c
  • chocolate chips - 1/2 c
  • chopped nuts optional - 1 item
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • oleo - 6 Tbsp
  • Add to zucchini, sugar, oil and vanilla

How to make zucchini brownies:

Sift together cocoa, salt, soda and flour. Add to zucchini, sugar, oil and vanilla. Mix well. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.Frosting:1 1/2 c. sugar6 Tbsp. milk6 Tbsp. oleo1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. chocolate chips Boil the sugar, milk, oleo and vanilla for 60 seconds. Add chips and beat.
