Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• raw zucchini, chopped fine

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat sugar and eggs; add oil and vanilla. Beat this, then add rest of ingredients. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves. Very good!
