Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• grated zucchini - 2 c
• orange peel - 2 tsp

How to make zucchini bread:

Sift dry ingredients. Beat eggs and remaining ingredients together. Stir in dry ingredients. Add 1 cup nuts. Mix well, bake at 350° for 45 minutes in 2 greased loaf pans. Let cool in pan.
