  • Parmesan cheese - 1 item
  • hamburger - 1 item
  • pizza sauce - 1 item
  • tomatoes, chopped - 1 item
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • zucchini - 1 item
  • cracker crumbs, crushed - 1 item

How to make zucchini bake:

Slice zucchini in bottom of dish. Brown hamburger and onion together; drain. Mix in tomatoes. Place on top of zucchini. Top with pizza sauce. Layer Mozzarella cheese on next, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers. Place crushed cracker crumbs on top. Bake at 350° for one hour or until tender.
