Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk
- flour - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip
- pecans - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
- Cool Whip or whipped topping
- Layer 3:1 large box chocolate pudding
How to make yum yum cake:
Layer 2:1 c. Cool Whip8 oz. cream cheese1 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Layer 3:1 large box chocolate pudding2 1/2 c. milk Layer 4:2 1/2 to 3 c. Cool Whip or whipped topping pecans Mix all items under "Layer 1." Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° until brown. Cool.Mix items in "Layer 2" and add to crust. Mix milk and pudding under "Layer 3." Spread on "Layer 2." Top "Layer 3" with Cool Whip and pecans. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
