Winter vegetable soup
Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- small zucchini, sliced - 2 item
- sliced carrots - 1 c
- minced garlic clove - 1 item
- finely shredded cabbage - 2 c
- can tomatoes, chopped and undrained - 1 16oz
- diced onion large - 1 c
- Turkey or Italian sausage, sliced in 1/2 inch slices - 1/2 lb
- crumbled Basil - 1 tsp
- salt optinal - 1 tsp
- cans beef bouillon 10 3/4oz cans or 3 beef bouillon cubes in 1 1/2 cups water - 2 item
- can 16oz Great Northern Beans - 1 item
How to make winter vegetable soup:
