Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- water - 1/4 c
- Crisco oil - 1/2 c
- vanilla instant pudding mix - 1 pkg
- cooking sherry - 3/4 c
- Duncan Hines yellow Deluxe cake mix - 1 item
How to make wine cake:
Blend all ingredients in large bowl and beat at medium speed for 5 minutes. Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan at 350° for about 45 to 55 minutes or until center springs back when touched lightly. Cool right side up for about 25 minutes; remove from pan. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.Note: You can use less wine if you wish, just so water and wine equal one cup.
