Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- water - 1/2 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- white wine - 1/2 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- box instant vanilla pudding - 1 oz
- Glaze:1 stick butter
How to make white wine cake:
Glaze:1 stick butter1 c. sugar1/4 c. water1/4 c. white wine Cake: Layer 1/4 cup chopped pecans in bottom of tube pan. Mix all remaining ingredients for cake with the remaining 1/4 cup chopped pecans added to batter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Glaze: Boil butter, sugar and water for 2 to 3 minutes. Add white wine. Pour 1/2 glaze over cake while in pan. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove cake from pan and pour remaining glaze over cake. Let cool.
