  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • water - 1/2 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • white wine - 1/2 c
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • box instant vanilla pudding - 1 oz
  • Glaze:1 stick butter

How to make white wine cake:

Glaze:1 stick butter1 c. sugar1/4 c. water1/4 c. white wine Cake: Layer 1/4 cup chopped pecans in bottom of tube pan. Mix all remaining ingredients for cake with the remaining 1/4 cup chopped pecans added to batter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

Glaze: Boil butter, sugar and water for 2 to 3 minutes. Add white wine. Pour 1/2 glaze over cake while in pan. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove cake from pan and pour remaining glaze over cake. Let cool.
