  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 6 item
  • flour - 4 c
  • butter
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • nuts - 1 qt
  • pineapple candied - 1 lb
  • cherries candied - 1 lb
  • fruit juice orange - 1/2 c

How to make white fruit cake:

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and then add 1/2 cup fruit juice, alternately with dry ingredients. Last add fruit and nuts which have been rolled in extra 1/2 cup flour. Bake in slow oven about 200° for about 4 hours.
