  • packed brown sugar - 2/3 c
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • margarine, softened - 1 c
  • baking cocoa - 2/3 c
  • container Egg Beaters - 1 (4
  • Nestle Toll House Premier white morsels - 2 c

How to make white chip chocolate cookies:

Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat margarine, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels. Drop by well rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 9 to 11 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
