Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- dark Karo syrup - 3/4 c
How to make walnut pie:
Heat oven to 375°. Beat eggs in large bowl; add sugar, syrup, butter and salt. Beat until smooth. Stir in walnuts and pour into pie shell. Bake 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325° and bake 35 minutes or until center is firm. Remove from oven and cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
