Ingredients/Components
- salad oil - 6 Tbsp
- salt to taste - 1 item
- coarsely ground pepper to taste - 1 item
- finely chopped green onions - 2 item
- hard-cooked egg yolks - 2 item
- malt vinegar or cider vinegar - 1/4 c
How to make vinaigrette dressing:
Mash egg yolks to a paste with malt vinegar or cider vinegar. Gradually blend in salad oil. Stir in green onions; add salt and coarsely ground pepper to taste; mix well. Makes about 3/4 cup.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Salads, Salad dressings.
