Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- corn oil - 4 Tbsp
- Accent - 3 Tbsp
- stalks celery, chopped fine - 6 item
- bell pepper, chopped fine - 1 item
- can chopped black olives - 1 item
- bunch green onions, chopped fine - 1 item
- large jar pimentos - 1 item
- mayonnaise I use fat-free - 1 pt
How to make vermicelli salad:
Cook vermicelli according to package directions; drain. Toss cooked vermicelli in corn oil to prevent sticking. Add all other ingredients. Mix well, then chill before serving.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Pasta.
