- salt
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- sage - 1/2 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- rosemary - 1/2 tsp
- deerburger - 2 lb
How to make venison meat loaf:
Simmer a hen in water seasoned with a few peppercorns, salt and bay leaf. When tender, cool in the broth. After cooling, cut the breast into thin slices.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Wild game.
