Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • grated carrot - 1 item
  • chopped celery - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • crescent rolls - 2 pkg
  • chopped green peppers - 1 item
  • chopped broccoli - 1 item
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated - 1 lb
  • Ranch dressing - 1 pkg
  • chopped cauliflower - 1 item

How to make veggie pizza:

Place crescent rolls out flat on a large cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Mix with a beater mayonnaise, cheese and Ranch dressing. Beat well. Spread over baked crescent rolls.

Spread veggies over this layer, adding carrot and cheese last. Cut into squares for appetizers. Good for summer. Will last in refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
